- •Residents' rights, abuse/neglect reporting, and scope of practice come up often — when in doubt, report to the nurse and never exceed your role.

🗺️ What language is the real written test in?
English is available nationwide. A few states/vendors also offer the WRITTEN test in Spanish, and Massachusetts offers it in Chinese and Haitian Creole. In most NNAAP states, Spanish is available only as an ORAL exam (read aloud) — not a Spanish written test. Our Chinese & Spanish explanations are a learning aid; you should also learn the English nursing terms.
