Ohio runs the CNA exam through D&S–Headmaster, with the registry under the Ohio Department of Health. The written test is in English, with a published 70% cut score. Fees are among the lowest in the country: $26 knowledge + $78 skills ($104 combined). You get 3 attempts within 2 years.
