🗂️ Exam administration by state
Real-estate salesperson licensing is administered state by state. Most states give a two-part exam — a national/general portion plus a state-law portion — while California gives one combined exam. All exams below are administered in English (study aids in other languages do not change the official test language). Always confirm current fees and rules with your state's real-estate commission.
