In Texas, the CNA written knowledge test is administered by Prometric and offered in English and Spanish — so you can sit the real written exam in Spanish. It is scored pass/fail against a vendor criterion (no published percentage). Fees are $31 written + $89 skills ($120 combined), with 3 attempts at each part within 24 months.
