North Carolina runs the CNA exam on the NNAAP program (Credentia) and lists Nurse Aides on the NC DHHS Nurse Aide I Registry. The written test is in English; a Spanish ORAL substitute is offered (there is no Spanish written test). Scored pass/fail. Fees are $140 combined, retests $40 (written) / $100 (skills); 3 attempts within 2 years, then retraining. Our practice bank is trilingual for study support; the NC written exam is English.
