CNA — Certified Nursing Assistant in Missouri
MO Dept. of Health & Senior Services — MOCNAR
Missouri's CNA written test (D&S–Headmaster) is offered in English and Spanish — a real Spanish written exam, with a Spanish audio option too. Unlike pass/fail states, Missouri publishes a concrete cut score: 80% on the 75-question written test. Knowledge-test fee is $30 (+$10 for the audio version); the skills test is billed separately. You get 3 attempts; a failed part must be retaken within 90 days, after which retraining is required. Oversight: the Missouri Dept. of Health & Senior Services nurse-aide registry (MOCNAR).

Vendors, fees, pass marks and language options vary by state and change over time — fields marked “To confirm” are not yet source-verified, and you should always confirm with your state's nurse aide registry before testing. We never imply you can take the exam in a language your state does not actually offer.
